Founded in 2000 by Robin Li, Baidu processes billions of search queries daily and has evolved into a comprehensive AI platform company with significant investments in autonomous driving, cloud computing, and generative AI.
Baidu's AI portfolio is anchored by Ernie Bot (Wenxin Yiyan), one of China's most popular AI assistants, powered by the ERNIE (Enhanced Representation through Knowledge Integration) family of large language models.
