Its most prominent AI product is Leucipa, an automated field-production solution that uses AI to forecast and optimize production — managing artificial lift (rod pumps and electric submersible pumps), predicting well behavior, and adding a generative-AI virtual assistant for field engineers. Its Cordant suite covers asset health and predictive maintenance for rotating equipment. In 2026 Leucipa scaled with a large deployment across thousands of natural-gas wells for Expand Energy, alongside deals with Repsol and ENI. Baker Hughes is a genuine AI vendor; beyond oilfield services it also builds industrial and energy-transition technology, and its value tracks both traditional oil-and-gas activity and the broader energy-technology market.
