The ActiveAI Platform uses unsupervised machine learning to build a "pattern of life" for every user, device, and network connection — detecting and autonomously responding to anomalies without predefined rules. Coverage spans network, email, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), endpoint, and industrial/OT environments. The Cyber AI Analyst automates investigation, mimicking a human analyst to triage alerts and produce reports.
Under new CEO Ed Jennings (appointed March 2026, replacing Jill Popelka), Darktrace protects approximately 10,000 organizations across 100+ countries with ~$782 million in FY2024 revenue (+51% YoY) and 106.6% net ARR retention.
