Generate Biomedicines is a generative-biology company, founded within Flagship Pioneering, that uses AI to design protein-based medicines. Its platform learns the underlying patterns of proteins to generate novel therapeutic candidates — antibodies and other modalities — against targets of interest, aiming to design drugs rather than screen for them.
