On top of that platform it has added AI products: the Government Experience Agent (GXA), a citizen-facing AI assistant, and Government Experience Insights (GXI), which applies AI to government audience analytics.
In April 2026, Granicus launched a FedRAMP-authorized Federal Experience Cloud (FXC), extending its platform to federal agencies. The company is private and private-equity-backed, with ownership tied to Vista Equity Partners and Harvest Partners.
The AI agent and insights products are recent, and AI-powered outreach targeting of eligible populations raises equity and consent questions — vendor-stated reach claims and benefits-outreach messaging both call for human oversight.
