Iambic Therapeutics is a clinical-stage AI drug-discovery company applying machine learning and physics-based modeling to design small-molecule medicines, with a focus on oncology. Unlike platform-only peers, Iambic has moved its own candidates into the clinic: its lead program, a HER2 inhibitor, entered Phase 1, with additional oncology programs (targeting KIF18A and the CDK2 and CDK4 pathways) advancing behind it.
