Infinitus Systems builds voice-AI agents that automate the phone calls that clog US healthcare administration — benefit verification, prior-authorization status checks, claims follow-up, and member services. Much of healthcare's back office still runs on hold music: staff spend hours on the phone with insurers. Infinitus's AI agents place and handle these calls, drawing on a knowledge graph built from millions of prior calls to navigate payer systems and phone trees. Backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, and health-system investors, it launched an agentic member-services suite in early 2026 and reports outperforming human benchmarks on some tasks.
