Updated July 11, 2026Lyzr is an enterprise AI-agent platform founded in 2023 by Siva Surendira, Anirudh Narayan, and Ankit Garg, headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey. It positions itself as a control plane for enterprise agents — unifying orchestration, security, observability, and governance in a single layer — and describes its model as "platform plus people," embedding deep in a customer's data to move agents from prototype into reliable production.
Its core products include Agent Studio for building custom agents on any large language model with modular components, a simulation engine that runs thousands of automated tests against an agent to surface failure modes before deployment, and full-trace observability with hallucination and PII guards, access controls, and auditable decision logs. Lyzr serves Fortune 500 organizations across finance, retail, and government, where reliability, security, and governance — not raw model capability — are the gating concerns.
In July 2026, Lyzr raised a $100 million Series B at roughly a $500 million valuation. In an unusual demonstration of its own product, the company says an agent it built, nicknamed SivaClaw, ran much of the raise itself — fielding questions from more than 130 investors, drafting memos, and tracking investor engagement.
