📋About Make

Updated August 26, 2026

Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual workflow automation platform that enables users to connect apps, automate processes, and build complex integrations without writing code. Founded in 2012 in Prague, Czech Republic, Make serves over 500,000 organizations worldwide.

Make's visual scenario builder allows users to create automation workflows by connecting "modules" — pre-built integrations with over 1,500 apps and services. In the AI era, Make has become a popular platform for building AI-powered workflows: connecting LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) with business tools (CRM, email, databases, spreadsheets) to automate tasks like lead qualification, content generation, data enrichment, and customer support triage.

Make competes with Zapier, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate in the workflow automation space. Its visual interface is particularly well-suited for complex, branching workflows that involve AI components — enabling non-developers to build sophisticated AI automation pipelines that would otherwise require custom software development.
