The company is layering AI capabilities — report assistance, search, and data insights — on top of its platform, with explicit 'AI with human oversight' positioning. Its 2025 wins include a proposed 10-year CAD and RMS deal with the Dallas Police Department valued at about 47 million dollars, and a US Department of the Interior deployment covering roughly 3,000 sworn officers across more than 855 locations. Mark43 also publishes an annual public-safety AI trends report.
