📋About Serve Robotics

Updated September 11, 2026

Serve Robotics is an autonomous-delivery company publicly traded on the Nasdaq under the ticker SERV (uplisted in 2024), building sidewalk robots that deliver food and parcels autonomously. It operates a fleet of more than two thousand robots and partners with Uber Eats and DoorDash, making it the pure-play public name in sidewalk delivery.

Its robots use Level 4 autonomous navigation and perception to travel sidewalks, cross streets, and reach customers without a human operator for most trips.

The honest framing: the autonomous navigation and perception are genuine, load-bearing AI, and Serve is the most financially transparent window into last-mile delivery robotics. As with all delivery robotics, unit economics at scale are still being proven — but the AI doing the driving is real.
